This takes a Cat A space and transforms it into a fully operational office tailored to your business: partitioned meeting rooms, breakout areas, branded reception, bespoke joinery, IT infrastructure, kitchen and welfare facilities. This is what most businesses commission when they're moving in or refurbishing.

How Long Does an Office Fit Out Take?
Timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project. As a guide:
Small Offices (upto 2,000 Sq ft)6-10 weeks on site
Mid-size Offices (2,000-5,000 Sq ft)10-14 weeks on site
Larger or multi-floor Offices14-24 weeks on site
These timelines assume design and procurement are complete before works start. We advise clients to allow 6–8 weeks for design, approvals and procurement ahead of a start on site. If you have a lease start date or handover deadline, talk to us early and we will structure the programme around it.
